After transitioning from Facebook in early 2011, Aditya co-founded Cove — a modern collaboration software company, which was acquired by Dropbox in early 2012. VP ADAS at General Motors
Anantha is VP of ADAS at GM building GM’s self-driving technology. Through his career he has worked on various layers of software starting with building DirectX and Windows Graphics at Microsoft. Anantha joined Facebook in 2013, where he helped develop Facebook’s mobile apps as an Engineering Director. At Dropbox he was responsible for launching Dropbox Paper and improving its core collaboration functionality. Anantha joined Lyft in July 2017 as VP of Engineering at Level 5, Lyft’s self-driving division, where he was building autonomous vehicles. Senior Vice President and Chief Data & Analytics Officer at New York Life
Don Vu is Senior Vice President and Chief Data & Analytics Officer at New York Life. In this role, he is responsible for driving the strategy and delivery of New York Life’s AI, data, and insights capabilities in support of its business strategy and objectives.
Immediately before joining New York Life in October 2023, Don was Chief Data Officer at Northwestern Mutual, where he helped drive the company’s digital transformation and reset the company’s data & AI strategy. He also co-led the Northwestern Mutual Data Science Institute, a partnership between Northwestern Mutual, Marquette, and University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Prior to Northwestern Mutual, Don held senior data leadership positions at Major League Baseball, BAMTech (acquired by Disney) and WeWork.
Mr. Vu holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and is currently on the school’s AI Task Force and the Advisory Board for the Center for Business Analytics.
Former VP Infrastructure at Meta
Jeff started his career at Honeywell and Intel, where he worked on the development of the Intel 3805 mainframe storage system. Subsequently, Jeff developed a consultancy focused on network storage technologies and worked with Locus Computing on the development of AT&T’s DOS-Merge and Sun’s PC-NFS redirector. Jeff co-founded Veritas in 1988 and Mpath Interactive in 1995, which subsequently went public in 1999. Jeff joined Facebook in 2005 as an early engineer and served as VP of Infrastructure, focusing on scaling, availability and performance of the site. Jeff was Facebook’s first VP Engineering and established a number of functional organizations within the company including User Operations, Site Integrity, Data Analytics and Infrastructure Engineering. Former Chief Architect at Slack
Keith is a systems enthusiast with a recurring interest in the hardware/software interface. He started his career as an early engineer at VMware, where he contributed to work at the virtual and physical hardware/software boundary. Keith joined Facebook in 2009, where he worked on search infrastructure, led work on the HipHop Virtual Machine for PHP and helped start Facebook AI Research. In 2016, Keith joined Slack and served as Chief Architect, in charge of setting up the infrastructure that Slack runs on. Matt started his career as an early engineer at VMware, where he initially focused on core virtualization and then helped form and lead the end-user computing business unit as a director, principal engineer and Chief Architect. Matt joined Dropbox in 2013, here Matt led engineering for Dropbox Business, Growth & Monetization, VP of Product Engineering and subsequently VP of Growth. Mike is a longtime engineer and engineering leader. Most recently he served as VP, Engineering at Airbnb from 2013-2019, leading engineering as it grew from 40 to over 1000 engineers. Beyond engineering, Mike had tours leading other groups as the company scaled including Data Science, Information Security, Corporate Development, Performance Marketing and Trust & Safety Operations.
Prior to Airbnb, Mike served as a Director of Engineering at Facebook from 2011-2013, leading engineering for the User Growth and Engagement team, which directly contributed to adding over 500 million users in two years. Prior to that Mike was VP, Engineering at Yahoo, leading engineering for Yahoo Mail and Messenger.

Neha is the original creator of Apache Kafka and has pioneered a new category of data infrastructure around real-time data. She is also co-founder, board director and former CTO and CPO of Confluent, the company behind Apache Kafka that she took public in 2021. Neha is now Co-Founder and CEO at Oscilar, an AI fraud and risk management company. Neha is a prolific public speaker and has been conferred with numerous awards such as MIT Innovators Under 35, Forbes World’s Top 50 Women In Tech, Fast Company’s 100 Most Creative People, and many more.
